- Photos: one wide, one close-up.
- Brand names on the faucet, tank or disposer, if any.
- Your cross streets in Alhambra, or the building address for managers.
- Who will let us in, and the days that suit you.
We reply with a written quote that includes parts, and text before we arrive.
When we work
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 7 PM. Sunday off.
Also
- Tenants can let us in with owner approval; lockbox codes work.
- Most payment methods accepted.
- If something is not right afterward, we return to fix it.
